What have you enjoyed the most whilst studying your subjects?
I have enjoyed all the units this year. Learning new skills to help me progress in the future. However, I found Plumbing the most interesting as I want to train further in Plumbing.
Have you had any challenges? And how did you overcome them?
My biggest challenge this year was understanding bricklaying and carpentry and the best way to complete the tasks.
What do you like about HPS6F?
My experience with the HPS6F teachers has been a great one. They are very supportive and help me with all my units and I have learnt a lot of new skills this year.
How have you managed to keep on track with Covid? Has it been easy or challenging?
During Covid it was difficult at times. The Plumbing online work kept me motivated to get the units completed.
Where would you like to see yourself at the end of your studies?
I would like to see myself doing a L2 Plumbing and gaining an apprenticeship.
Any support with careers and Next Steps?
The careers advisor helped me with Next Steps and suggested that I should go to College to complete my L2 Plumbing.
HPS6F is a great place to study Construction.
