Bayes Business School Undergraduate Scholarship for Black British Students online information session

Bayes Business School Undergraduate Scholarship for Black British Students online information session

On Thursday 20th January from 16:30 - 17:30 we will be hosting an online session so that you and your students can find out more about our new scholarship programme for Black British students.

Bayes Business School aims to foster greater racial diversity in business and is committed to widening participation in higher education. It is offering ten scholarships for Black UK-domiciled undergraduate students from lower-than-average income households. Each scholarship covers the full tuition fee (at home-fee level) and a £6,000 annual stipend for three years. The students will also will be offered mentoring and support. These scholarships are designed to give the opportunity of a Bayes Business School education to talented students who would potentially find it hard to access this education. You can find out more information about the scholarship programme on the Bayes webpage.

This online event is a chance for prospective students, parents, teachers and advisers to learn about the scholarship, hear from current students about their experiences of studying at Bayes Business School and find out about the programmes we offer. There will also be a Q&A session at the end.

Applications for the 2022/23 Undergraduate Black British scholarships opened on 29 November 2021 and will close on 2 February 2022. This programme will run over 10 years; therefore this information session will be of use to younger students, their parents and teachers and advisers as well as students applying to university for 2022/23.
